Rewards Program

Sign-up Bonus

New users are eligible for a ₹30 sign-up bonus upon successful account creation and it will be credited to the user's F2 Napkin wallet

Sign-up bonus can only be used for purchases on our platform

Referral Program

Users can earn a 5% referral bonus based on their referred friends' purchase value and it will be credited to the user's F2 Napkin wallet

Users can utilize up to 100% of their referral bonus amount per purchase

Referral bonus can only be used for purchases on our platform

Orders and Tracking

Order tracking information will be available in the user's profile section. Users are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

Return & Refund Policy

Generally, we maintain a no-refund policy on all purchases.

Refunds may be considered in exceptional cases at our sole discretion. To request a refund in exceptional circumstances, users must contact us via email at [email protected]

Wallet Usage

Wallet credits (including sign-up bonus and referral bonus) can only be used for purchases on our platform. Wallet credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or withdrawn.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account for any violation of these Terms.
